Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve Business Targets: Ensure assigned business targets of net growth in the outstanding portfolio are met through proactive engagement and strategic planning.
• Loan Proposal Preparation: Initiate and prepare loan proposals in alignment with the bank’s credit policies and procedures.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise and coordinate with cross-functional departments to streamline processes and expedite loan approvals.
• Compliance: Execute processes in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) regulations to mitigate risk and uphold regulatory compliance.
• CAD Exception Management: Ensure net reduction in Customer Account Documentation (CAD) exceptions by implementing effective risk management practices and operational controls.
