Job Summary:
As the Assistant Manager Accounts, you will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the company. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records, oversee accounting operations, and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and prepare tax returns.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to internal controls.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
  • Train and supervise accounting staff.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an accounting role, preferably in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA.
  • Experience in the textile industry.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
