Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience: Prior experience in administration, safety, and security management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Safety and Security Management:
    • Ensure the safety and security of the site and all personnel.
    • Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency response plans.
    • Conduct regular safety audits and assessments to identify potential hazards.
    • Implement corrective actions to mitigate identified risks.
  2. Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and resource optimization.
    • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between different teams.
  3. Resource Optimization:
    • Manage and optimize the use of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
    • Monitor and control budget expenditures related to administrative and security functions.
  4. Continuous Improvement:
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through regular audits and assessments.
    • Identify opportunities for enhancing administrative and security processes.
    • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
