The Role: Assistant Manager Administration

As the Assistant Manager Administration, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing general administration activities across our Muridke and Manga Mandi locations. This dynamic position requires an individual with a strong background in administration management and a passion for driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Line Manager: Collaborate with the Line Manager to oversee and manage general administration activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and targets.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly reports on administration activities, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in developing strategic plans for administration activities, setting targets, and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Team Management: Develop individual action plans and targets for team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain regular contact with clients/customers to solicit feedback and ensure customer satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.
  • Expense Control: Monitor and control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Supplier and Client Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and clients, negotiating contracts and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Performance Management: Take ownership of allocated workload, meeting all targets and objectives as agreed with the Line Manager.
