Position: Assistant Manager Finance (Accounts Payable)

Education: MBA/ACCA/ACMA/CA Finalist

Responsibilities

As the Assistant Manager Finance (Accounts Payable), you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the accounts payable functions within our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing and verifying invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Managing vendor relationships and resolving any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
• Monitoring accounts payable aging and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
• Collaborating with internal departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Generating reports and providing insights to management regarding accounts payable performance.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a large manufacturing firm.
• Educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA/ACCA/ACMA/CA Finalist qualifications are preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
