Key Responsibilities: As an Assistant Manager Production at Dawn Bread, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our production processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing overall production in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
• Creating weekly and daily employee schedules and managing time-off requests.
• Developing and implementing quality control standards to uphold our commitment to excellence.
• Efficiently managing equipment to maximize operational efficiency.
• Ensuring timely delivery of all production orders.
• Conducting training sessions for staff and workers, ensuring adherence to GMP and PFA (Pakistan Food Authority) standards.
• Leading and ensuring smooth compliance with quality, safety, and production audits.
