Position: Assistant Manager Raw Material Store

Location: Raiwind, Lahore

Role Description:

As an Assistant Manager Raw Material Store at Master Group of Industries, your responsibilities will include:

• Inventory Management: Managing inventory for raw materials, packaging, and general items, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet production demands.
• Liaison with Purchase Department: Coordinating with the purchase department to facilitate daily and monthly purchases, ensuring timely procurement of materials and maintaining minimum stock levels.
• Physical Stock Accuracy: Conducting internal exercises to ensure the accuracy of physical stock, reconciling discrepancies, and implementing corrective measures as needed.
• Reporting: Keeping daily reports updated and sharing accurate information with management to support decision-making processes.
• Team Management: Managing store operations by assigning duties, scheduling duty rosters, and providing guidance to team members to ensure smooth functioning.
• Imports Coordination: Collaborating with the imports department to efficiently handle imported materials, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and procedures.
• Document Processing: Ensuring all documents related to inventory management are processed through Oracle, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.

Skills Required:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation and documentation skills.
• Experience with Oracle data entry and inventory management systems.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is required.
• Experience: Candidates should have 2-4 years of relevant experience in inventory management or supply chain operations.
