Position: Assistant Manager Social Compliance
Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in the textile industry, particularly in the domain of social compliance.
Qualification:
- MBA/BBA in Human Resource Management (HRM).
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Experience in implementing International Standards such as ISO 9001:2015, GOTS, GRS, OCS, RCS, BSCI, WRAP, CTPAT, SEDEX, and Technical COC.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to social compliance, and integrate this knowledge into our operations.
- Ability to conduct root cause investigations and analysis to address compliance issues effectively.
- Develop and execute corrective action plans to ensure adherence to social compliance standards.
- Strong training and demonstration skills to educate and empower team members.
