Position Overview

Role: Assistant Manager – Legal Advisory
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
Location: Karachi Head Office
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to ensure smooth legal operations.
• Record Management: Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems accurately.
• Contract Vetting: Review and vet contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Coordination with Lawyers: Develop and maintain coordination with external lawyers for litigation processes.
• Communication and Presentation: Demonstrate excellent drafting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Analytical Skills: Utilize Microsoft Excel and analytical skills for data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: B.COM/BBA/MBA or equivalent in relevant field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in legal advisory or related roles.
