Position: Assistant Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan daily production according to demand, ensuring timely dispatch while considering other factors affecting demand.
• Set and achieve weekly and monthly production targets, making necessary arrangements to meet goals.
• Ensure that production processes adhere to specified product recipes and quality standards.
• Provide support to the production manager in new product development and improvement programs.
• Conduct job training for supervisors, line leaders, and operators, meeting the basic needs and requirements of labor.
• Ensure compliance with workforce policies, personal hygiene standards, and plant sanitation policies within the department.

Requirements:

• M.Sc. (Hons.) in Food Technology or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in food production management.
• Basic knowledge of HACCP, GMP tools, FSSC 22000:2018 food safety program, QMS ISO 9001:2015 quality control program, OSHA standards and regulations, and Fair labor standards.
