Position Overview:

As an Assistant Store Manager at BEECHTREE, you will play a pivotal role in managing store operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will work closely with the store manager and team members to create a positive shopping experience for our customers while achieving sales targets and maintaining inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage store inventory, including stocking, replenishment, and inventory control.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to customers, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
  • Develop employee schedules and oversee staffing requirements to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
  • Implement promotional strategies and sales initiatives to drive revenue and meet sales goals.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and accountability among staff members.
  • Maintain contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards for quality and customer service.


  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience of 2-3 years in a similar role, preferably in retail management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Demonstrated sales abilities and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of retail trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.


The salary for this position is market competitive and includes incentives based on performance and sales targets achieved.
