Position Overview:

As a Branch Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branches across multiple cities. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of branch activities, adhering to regulatory standards, and delivering exceptional customer service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise branch operations to achieve operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Implement policies and procedures in accordance with Islamic banking principles and regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.
  • Lead and mentor a team of banking professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Ensure compliance with Shariah principles and ethical standards in all banking activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business development initiatives and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and effective manner, demonstrating a commitment to superior service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in banking operations, with a focus on retail banking.
  • Strong understanding of Islamic banking products, services, and practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and achieving operational targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (preferred).
