Position: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed time and action plans for product assortment and development.
• Monitor and update assortment plans based on market trends and consumer demands.
• Analyze sales performance by article and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage branch displays to ensure the implementation of approved merchandising strategies.
• Conduct branch visits for customer interaction and feedback on product quality and assortment.
• Develop seasonal competitor analysis reports and share insights with management and the team.
• Provide weekly reporting to management on plan delivery variances and performance metrics.
• Stay updated with market trends, consumer preferences, and competitors’ activities.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of working experience in a similar role, especially in merchandising.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
