Job Overview

As a Central Planning Analyst, you will collaborate closely with various departmental planning teams to align production activities with our central plan. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating with Departmental Planning Teams: You will work hand-in-hand with individual department planning teams to identify deviations from the central plan, ensuring seamless production processes and avoiding production gaps or conflicts.
• Demand Planning Leadership: Taking the lead in demand planning, you will analyze forecasts and historical sales patterns. Additionally, you will collaborate with our merchandising team to proactively identify raw materials and fabrics for pre-procurement and pre-production, optimizing our supply chain efficiency.
• Inventory Management: Overseeing the inventory planning process will be a key aspect of your role. You will maintain optimal levels of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods to fulfill orders efficiently while minimizing carrying costs and excess inventory.
