As a Central Planning Analyst at Style Textile, your responsibilities will include:

1. Coordinating with Department Planning Teams: Work closely with department planning teams to identify deviations from the central plan, resolve conflicts, and streamline processes to avoid production gaps.
2. Leading Demand Planning Process: Analyze forecasts and historical patterns to lead the demand planning process. Collaborate with departments to identify required materials for pre-procurement and fabrics for pre-production.
3. Inventory Planning: Lead the inventory planning process to ensure optimal levels of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods. Your role will be crucial in maintaining efficient inventory management practices.
4. Monitoring Consumption: Monitor consumptions against the plan across the value chain to optimize for excess or shortfalls. Your insights will help in making informed decisions to enhance operational efficiency.

Ideal Profile:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
• 3-4 years of relevant work experience in planning or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in using data analysis and visualization software to derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for data manipulation and reporting.
