We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Community Manager to join our team. The Community Manager will be responsible for building, maintaining, and nurturing relationships with our customers and the broader community. This role requires a proactive individual who can engage with various stakeholders, manage community initiatives, and enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster a positive relationship with our customers and community members.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for community-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Create and manage content for community platforms, including social media, forums, and newsletters.
  • Organize and coordinate community events, workshops, and activities to promote UBL’s brand and services.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for customer engagement and community building.
