Position: Customer Service Officer

Location: Head Office, Karachi

Experience: 02-03 years of relevant experience

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Job Role:

As a Customer Service Officer at Com Later, your primary responsibility will be to manage payout back-end processing for various loan-related requests, including:

  • Loan creation and disbursement
  • Surrender requests
  • Partial surrender requests
  • Ad-hoc surrender requests
  • Credit balance refund requests

You will be responsible for ensuring that all requests are processed accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
