Job Role:
As a Customer Service Officer at Com Later, your primary responsibility will be to manage payout back-end processing for various loan-related requests, including:
- Loan creation and disbursement
- Surrender requests
- Partial surrender requests
- Ad-hoc surrender requests
- Credit balance refund requests
You will be responsible for ensuring that all requests are processed accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
