Position: Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager Merchandising (Knits Business)

Essential Competencies:

• Good knowledge of the Knits Business, including product development, customer feedback, and relevant R&D.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to work directly with brands and buyers.
• Capability to independently handle sampling inquiries and communicate effectively with buyers.
• Strong understanding of costing and material consumption in the textile industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience working in an ERP environment.

Key Deliverables / Responsibilities:

• Planning and developing merchandising strategies for the Knits Business segment.
• Handling queries from relevant departments and brands during the development stage.
• Managing interlining testing, physical testing of fabric and garments.
• Overseeing production planning and execution activities.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the textile industry.
• B.Sc in Textile Engineering or Business Graduate from an HEC recognized institute.
