This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead resource management, capacity planning, and process optimization initiatives at our denim sewing plant.

Position: Deputy Manager Industrial Engineering

Key Responsibilities & Duties: As the Deputy Manager Industrial Engineering, your key responsibilities and duties will include:

• Resource management and process optimization to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Capacity planning and ensuring smooth execution of production processes.
• Development and verification of piece rates, as well as managing payments.
• Implementation of lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S, PDCA, and KAIZEN to drive continuous improvement.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and mitigating losses.
• Planning and executing changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Balancing production lines and mitigating bottlenecks to optimize throughput.
• Coordinating with production, planning, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Developing plant layout and expansion plans to support future growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering.

Work Experience:

• 4 to 6 years of experience, preferably in denim sewing.
