As an Email & Chat Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support through email and chat channels. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer service processes.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and service information.

Chat Support Specialist


  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
  • Proven customer support experience, preferably in email and chat support.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
