Job Description:

As an Executive in Housekeeping at Style Textile, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining cleanliness standards within our facility. Your duties will include:

• Assigning duties to housekeeping staff and inspecting work to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards.
• Monitoring inventory stock to ensure an adequate supply of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Addressing complaints regarding housekeeping services and equipment, and assisting the line manager in implementing corrective actions.
• Inspecting facility areas to identify the need for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment, and making recommendations to management.
• Recording data related to work assignments and time records, and preparing periodic reports to track progress and performance.

Ideal Profile:

• Graduation degree in any relevant field.
• 4-5 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in the textile industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to address complaints and collaborate with team members.
