Position Title: Executive – HR Operations

Requirements:

• BBA/MBA-HRM from a reputable University.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives & systems to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Provide counseling to employees on HR policies and procedures, ensuring clarity and adherence.
• Ensure the timely initiation of the probation cycle and compile and present information as per the instructions of the Line Manager.
• Coordinate with respective line managers to execute the employee recognition program monthly, gathering feedback and nominations.
• Organize employee engagement activities as directed by the Line Manager, fostering a positive work environment.
• Assist in managing disciplinary and grievance issues, maintaining fairness and adherence to company policies.
• Oversee employee attendance and leave management in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of management and HR staff to achieve organizational goals.
• Undertake any other relevant tasks as instructed by the Line Manager.
