Job Role Overview:

As an Executive Human Resources at Sapphire Fibres Limited, you will play a pivotal role in various HR functions, including:

• Recruitment and onboarding: Overseeing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
• Employee engagement: Implementing initiatives and programs aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction, morale, and retention.

Job Specifications:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, demonstrating proficiency in various HR functions and processes.
