Job Overview:

As the Farm Manager, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing the overall operations of our farms. Your duties will include:

• Developing comprehensive plans and schedules for planting and harvesting, while ensuring that our dedicated staff understands and meets expectations.
• Maintaining accurate financial and production records to track progress and inform decision-making processes.
• Proactively managing inventory, including seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other supplies, to ensure consistent availability.
• Recruiting, training, and supervising farm workers to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Coordinating with relevant departments for the purchase, repair, and maintenance of necessary equipment to support farming activities.
• Taking charge of vending organic vegetables in the market when necessary, furthering our commitment to sustainable and healthy produce.

Ideal Profile:

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in agricultural management, demonstrating a deep understanding of farming practices and techniques.
