Position Overview:

As a Finance Executive at Haidri Beverages, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our finance department. From daily bank reconciliations to vendor communication and financial reporting, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks that are essential to the company’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Daily preparation of bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial transactions.
• Verifying invoices from relevant departments before processing them in the system, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Posting all types of invoices in SAP after matching them with good receipt notes and purchase orders.
• Conducting weekly vendor balance age analyses for approval purposes and preparing approval lists for supplier invoices due for payment.
• Checking the active/inactive status and FBR filer/non-filer status of each supplier for withholding tax purposes.
• Extracting withholding tax (WHT) certificates and sharing them with vendors.
• Posting journal entries of all vendor payments in SAP for accurate record-keeping.
• Communicating with suppliers regarding invoices, sales tax, and payment-related queries to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Posting all expenses as monthly accruals for monthly financial closing and reconciling balances with suppliers’ ledgers.
• Preparation of debit/credit notes and sharing them with suppliers as necessary.
• Facilitating online transfer payments to vendors for seamless transaction processing.

Experience and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• 2-3 years of experience in payables or a similar finance role.
• A Master’s in Commerce (M.Com) or an MBA in Finance.
• Partial qualification in ACCA or CA would be advantageous.
