Position: General Manager – Export Marketing & Sales

Overview: As the General Manager – Export Marketing & Sales, you will be responsible for driving international sales and growth targets. This senior leadership role requires strategic vision, market expertise, leadership acumen, and a customer-centric mindset.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for exports aligned with company objectives and market trends.
• Drive export sales and achieve revenue targets through effective marketing initiatives and relationship-building.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the product development team to introduce new fabric products tailored to export market preferences.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree, preferably MBA in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Significant experience in fabric sales, marketing, and exports with large-scale textile companies.
• Proven leadership experience with at least 5 years in a senior role.
• Travel exposure and familiarity with European, USA, and Canadian markets.
