Position Overview

As the GGT In-Charge, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing pattern making and grading processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Managing fabric consumption and utilization to optimize material usage.
• Implementing quality control measures and ensuring consistent fabric shade management.
• Managing garment technology software (GGT & Tuka-tech) for pattern development.
• Handling costing and budgeting related to pattern making and production.

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A diploma in CAT/CAM/GGT or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in a similar capacity within the garment industry.
• Proficiency in boutique and casual shirt style pattern making.
• Strong knowledge of fabric consumption calculation and optimization.
• Hands-on experience in pattern grading for bulk production.
• Good command of MS Excel and Word for data analysis and reporting.
