Position: GM/DGM/FM – Production

Key Responsibilities:

As a leader in production at Artistic Milliners, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and innovation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Optimizing Production Schedules: Develop and implement strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality denim products.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this role, you should have:

• Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile from an HEC recognized university.
• Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience in production management within the textile industry.
• Skills: Strong leadership and visionary capabilities, technical production management skills, and a knack for problem-solving.
