Position Overview:

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the bank’s overall objectives.

• Identify emerging technologies and trends in the digital banking landscape and assess their potential impact on the bank’s operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and optimize the digital customer journey.
• Oversee the development of digital marketing initiatives to promote digital banking products and services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to digital banking operations.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, computer science, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, with a focus on digital banking and technology-driven initiatives.
• Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects and driving innovation in the banking sector.
• Strong understanding of digital banking technologies and the latest trends in Pakistan and globally.
