Position Overview: Head of Partnerships & Service Delivery

As the Head of Partnerships & Service Delivery at FasalPay, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving collaboration and ensuring the seamless delivery of our services. Here’s what the role entails:

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding Agricultural Eco-System: Develop a thorough understanding of the agricultural ecosystem of Punjab, identifying key stakeholders and opportunities for collaboration.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with multiple stakeholders, including government bodies, financial institutions, NGOs, and farmers’ associations, to foster partnerships and drive collective impact.
• Operational Excellence: Utilize your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to streamline processes and drive operational efficiency, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
• Communication and Presentation: Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate FasalPay’s value proposition and negotiate partnerships that align with our strategic objectives.
• Process Improvement: Leverage your hands-on experience in process design and improvement methodologies to enhance the effectiveness of our operations and service delivery.
• Project Management: Oversee projects from conception to execution, utilizing project management tools and reporting techniques to ensure successful outcomes.

Skills & Competencies:

• Thorough understanding of the agricultural ecosystem of Punjab.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with process design and improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management, presentation, and reporting tools such as MS Office.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4-5 years of experience in managing partnerships, service delivery, operations management, or a similar role.
• Education: BBA with specialization in Operations Management or a related field. MBA is preferred.
