Position Overview

Role: Inspection Officer
Location: Lahore, Bahawalpur, and Peshawar
Reporting to: Immediate Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Field Visits Planning: Coordinate daily field visits with your supervisor to efficiently manage appointments and schedules.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to confirm visit timings and address any queries or concerns.
• Complaint Inspection: Visit customers at their premises in response to registered complaints, carefully listen to customer grievances, and conduct thorough inspections of mattresses and related furniture.
• Observation and Documentation: Document detailed observations and evaluation of complaints using prescribed complaint forms.
• Customer Guidance: Provide guidance to customers on further steps based on established customer service protocols.
• Education and Support: Educate customers on the correct usage and maintenance of mattresses to resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Graduation degree or equivalent
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, inspection, or related fields

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
