Position: Executive (Lean & Transformation)

As an Executive (Lean & Transformation), you will be at the forefront of optimizing manufacturing processes, leading improvement projects, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Lean Principles: Utilize lean manufacturing principles and methodologies to streamline operations, eliminate waste, and enhance efficiency across the furniture manufacturing process.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth time and motion studies to establish baseline metrics, identify bottlenecks, and develop performance standards to drive operational excellence.
• Transformational Projects: Lead transformational projects aimed at streamlining processes, reducing waste, improving efficiency, and elevating product quality to new heights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, enhance resource utilization, and ensure seamless integration of lean practices throughout the organization.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against improvement goals, identify areas for enhancement, and drive sustained performance gains across the manufacturing operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Expertise: Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles, process optimization techniques, and project management methodologies.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical acumen with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
