Position Overview: Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor at Fauji Foods, you will be entrusted with overseeing the maintenance operations of our dairy facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the efficient operation of machinery and equipment.
• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing dairy equipment, strong problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of maintenance best practices.
