Role & Responsibilities: As a Maintenance Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising the installation, maintenance, and repair of all factory electrical and solar energy systems, prioritizing efficiency and safety.
• Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance for electrical and solar systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinating maintenance schedules and upgrades with various departments and contractors.
• Troubleshooting electrical and solar system issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Assisting the Factory Manager in implementing the Plant Preventive Maintenance plan to minimize breakdowns and unplanned downtimes.
• Leading and training the maintenance team to ensure safety compliance, efficient operations, and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory, while ensuring compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulations.
• Driving continuous improvement in maintenance processes and team performance through mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
• Staying updated with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) principles relevant to plant and equipment maintenance.
• Participating in investigations and preparing relevant reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BTech, BSc Engineering) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in electrical system installation, maintenance, and repair, preferably in FMCG manufacturing, particularly high-speed packing environments.
• Familiarity with solar energy technology, including design and troubleshooting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
