Job Title: Management Trainee Officer – Utilities

Key Responsibilities

As an MTO – Utilities, you will play a vital role in the maintenance and upkeep of our production plant. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing Planned Maintenance: Implementing maintenance activities based on Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) recommendations, ensuring the optimal functioning of plant equipment.
• Spares Management: Identifying spare parts requirements as per maintenance plans and initiating purchase requests to maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Development of Maintenance Plans: Collaborating with teams to develop and implement maintenance plans for newly installed plant equipment.
• Daily Maintenance Activities: Executing daily maintenance tasks as per the maintenance plan, sharing updates with the Maintenance Manager, and ensuring adherence to lubrication and maintenance programs for production line machines.
• Ensuring Plant Discipline: Upholding discipline and safety standards within the plant environment.
• Record-Keeping and Analysis: Maintaining records of machine failures/stoppages, investigating root causes, and proposing preventive measures to minimize downtime.

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience: 0-1 year of relevant experience in the FMCG or Beverages industry is preferred.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
