Position: Manager – Credit Operations

Academic Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a relevant field from a HEC-recognized or international institute.
  • Professional qualification/certification such as ACCA, CA, CIA, CICA, etc., would be advantageous.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor advance against Murabaha, Ijarah, and Diminishing Musharka on a daily basis.
  • Calculate monthly income for various credit products, including Murabaha, Ijarah, Salam, Credit Sale of Istisna, and Advance against Istisna.
  • Conduct reconciliation and review of profit/income receivable, depreciation, and sundry deposits.
  • Prepare the credit portfolio on a monthly basis and review income expense reports for the MIS department and top management.
  • Assist in developing reports for the IT department and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of products.
  • Prepare IFRS 9 portfolio for necessary actions by other departments.
  • Liaise with external auditors and the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) inspection team regarding audit and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare financial disclosures in accordance with relevant reporting standards.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
