Position Overview:

• Job Title: Manager Credit Risk
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a HEC-recognized institution (Accounting, Finance, Business Management).
• Experience: At least 6 years of experience in a relevant field.

Main Responsibilities: As a Manager Credit Risk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and growth of our organization. Some of your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting quantitative and qualitative assessments of existing and potential customers (Corporate/Commercial).
• Presenting findings and recommendations to the approving authorities.
• Reviewing Credit Applications prepared by Financial Institutions for feedback/recommendation.
• Supervising and finalizing reports required for Management Committees, Board Risk Committees, and any other similar forum.
• Assisting in reviewing the Bank’s internal policy, manual, and product programs & coordinating with internal and external audits when required.
• Keeping a close watch on the portfolio assigned to highlight any signs of concern and flagging it to the line manager & Review MIS circulated by CAD/ERM and follow up with BU.

• Excellent communication skills including verbal and written with heightened focus on writing skills.
• Well-versed with SBP Prudential Regulations.
• Sound financial analysis skills and analytical ability.
• Team player, ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
