Job Description:

As the Manager Internal Audit, you will orchestrate the entire audit cycle, ensuring meticulous attention to risk management, control effectiveness, and regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive audits to evaluate operational effectiveness and financial reliability.
• Crafting and presenting an annual internal audit plan, aligned with organizational objectives.
• Coordinating audit assignments while fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including administrators, staff, external auditors, and law enforcement agencies.
• Analyzing and evaluating accounting documentation, previous reports, and payments to ensure adherence to defined authority matrices.

Person Specifications:

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA certified.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience spanning 3-5 years, showcasing leadership and strategic oversight.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with a keen eye for detail and adherence to regulatory standards.
