Position Alert Ltd is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Manager – Merchandising for our Garments Division. Qualification and Experience:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Qualification: MBA in Marketing or BSc in Textile Engineering.
• Experience: 6 to 8 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in the garments sector.

Job Role:

As the Manager – Merchandising (Garments Division), your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Development: Developing and expanding our customer base while inducting new customers into our portfolio.
• Coordination: Handing over all development and pre-production information across relevant departments for execution.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring that production meets set parameters and quality standards to achieve desired shipment levels.
• Operational Resolution: Resolving operational issues that arise during bulk production to maintain efficiency.
• Documentation Management: Updating online portals such as ERP, Production Track file, and Critical Path (CP) with relevant information.
• Production Planning: Preparing, monitoring, and following up on the production plan as per Time & Action (TnA) timelines.
• Compliance: Ensuring all testing requirements are met according to each buyer’s protocol and facilitating auditor visits, root cause analysis, and preventive measures.
