Position: Manager Maintenance (Sewing)

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (BE).

Experience:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the textile industry.

Expertise:

• Knowledge of textile manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair techniques.

Location:

• Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance of sewing equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnosis of equipment issues, implementing appropriate repair solutions.
• Coordinate with production and quality control departments to prioritize maintenance activities and minimize disruptions.
• Maintain records of equipment maintenance history, including repairs and replacements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.
