Job Description:

As the Manager Legal, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the legal interests of Nishat Chunian Group while facilitating our growth and expansion. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling a spectrum of legal issues and representing the company in governmental and public bodies concerning contracts, rights, obligations, and legal procedures.
• Collaborating with legal consultants to seek expert opinions on intricate legal matters and ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals.
• Drafting legal agreements, meticulously reviewing contracts, and providing sound legal advice to various departments within the company.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations by developing a comprehensive legal policy manual and conducting training sessions for managers.

Person Specifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Possession of an LLB/LLM degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Demonstrated experience as a legal counsel in a fast-paced corporate environment, spanning 2-4 years, showcasing proficiency in legal interpretation and application.
• Holding a valid license to represent the company in court proceedings and other legal forums.
