Role Description

As the Manager Purchase, you will be responsible for:

• Procuring all raw materials essential for the production process, ensuring uninterrupted workflow.
• Initiating and processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Inducting new vendors and negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Monitoring and following up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
• Collaborating with relevant departments to develop specifications for equipment and products.
• Analyzing market trends and delivery systems to forecast future material availability.
• Obtaining procurement quotations and preparing comparative analyses for management review and approval.
• Overseeing vendor payments and coordinating with finance to ensure timely settlements.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A BBA/MBA degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

• Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement processes and supply chain management practices.
