Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree

Essential Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in a similar capacity (i.e., Quality Assurance/Management in the school system)
• Good communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills

Job Scope:

As the Manager Quality Assurance, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Devising procedures to inspect and report quality-related issues within the school system.
• Monitoring all operations and procedures of schools to identify areas for improvement.
• Supervising and guiding all relevant staff within the schools to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Reporting all quality issues to top management and ensuring immediate actions are taken to address them.
• Facilitating proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing data related to quality assurance.
• Reviewing and updating current standards and policies within the education sector to ensure compliance.
• Managing and leading a team of auditors, planning their learning programs as per the training calendar.
