Essential Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• 8 to 10 years of experience in the domain of Talent Acquisition.
• Additional trainings/certifications in HR are preferred.

Job Scope: As Manager Talent Acquisition at Eastgate Industries, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Developing and tracking effective recruitment metrics to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
• Planning, developing, managing, and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes at all levels within the organization.
• Leading strategic initiatives to attract high-caliber, professional, and diverse talent that aligns with our organization’s culture.
• Utilizing various recruitment sources such as agencies, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract new talent.
• Developing orientation plans and ensuring the implementation of onboarding SOPs for new hires.
• Supervising the talent acquisition team to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function.
• Submission of monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports related to the talent acquisition section.
