Position: Officer Industrial Engineering

Location: 26 km-Faisalabad Road, Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Develop and implement methods to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard work methods and labor standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance production processes.
• Utilize industrial engineering tools and techniques to solve operational problems and address bottlenecks.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to staff on best practices and process improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Previous experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in industrial engineering tools and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
