Job Description:

As an Officer UPS Deployment, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure by managing UPS deployment and maintenance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Logging complaints on the Service Desk and coordinating with the UPS Support Team.
• Analyzing complaints and arranging uninterrupted power support nationwide.
• Engaging and managing vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Soliciting and negotiating quotations from vendors to optimize costs.
• Collaborating with business teams to obtain approvals for repairs.
• Evaluating power requirements and load capacity for branches/offices.

Key Requirements:

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in IT skills is desirable.
• Diploma from the Institute of Bankers of Pakistan (JAIBP) preferred.
• Ability to manage vendors effectively.
• Knowledge of UPS deployment and maintenance processes.
