Position Overview:

As a Product Manager at HR First, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our renowned livestock company. You will be responsible for establishing and managing the product management function, working closely with sales teams, and implementing strategies to drive product growth and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Establishing the product management function within the company and developing strategies to drive product development and growth.
• Collaborating with sales teams to understand market needs and develop product strategies that align with company goals.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize product revenue and market share.
• Managing product lifecycle from concept to launch, including pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies.
• Providing leadership and direction to cross-functional teams involved in product development and launch.
• Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Developing and delivering product training programs for sales teams and other stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A Master’s degree in Microbiology or Pharm-D.
• 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on product management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• A confident personality and the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
• A proven track record of driving product growth and market penetration.
