Location: F.B. Area, Karachi

Required Experience: 3 to 5 years

Required Education: Graduation/Masters

Skills & Abilities Required:

• Proficient in the process of locally & internationally garment trims purchasing.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong soft skills in communication.
• Ability to work in a tense, pressurized environment.
• Well-versed in vendor management and monitoring systems.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle/SAP.
• Excellent documentation skills, including purchase orders and rate quotations.
• Strong follow-up skills with suppliers.
• Proficiency in negotiation and communication.
• Sound product knowledge is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work efficiently in a tense, pressurized environment, ensuring timely procurement activities.
• Effectively manage vendors and monitor their performance to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Provide valuable suggestions for the improvement and implementation of departmental processes.
• Utilize ERP systems professionally to streamline procurement processes.
• Prepare documentation swiftly, including purchase orders and rate quotations.
• Maintain strong communication and follow-up skills with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Utilize excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and prices for the organization.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of product specifications and requirements.
