Responsibilities:

As a QA Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards of pharmaceutical products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting quality control checks and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality management systems.
• Performing sampling, testing, and analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using analytical techniques and instrumentation.
• Reviewing batch records, production documents, and laboratory reports to identify deviations, discrepancies, and non-conformities.
• Investigating quality issues, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to address identified problems and prevent recurrence.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and regulatory affairs, to ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues and continuous improvement of processes.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality assurance activities, including records of inspections, tests, and validation studies.
• Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements, industry trends, and best practices in quality assurance and contributing to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• BS/MS degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of quality management principles, cGMP regulations, and quality control techniques.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and quality management software.
