• Collaborate with the team to identify gaps in nutrient availability and work on the development of our fertilizer portfolio to address agricultural needs effectively.
• Conduct research and testing on fertilizers to improve nutrient content and yield, contributing to the enhancement of our product offerings.
• Identify new products and technologies through research and liaison with collaborative agencies in the R&D domain.
• Support the Marketing Division by generating and analyzing agriculture reports, providing valuable insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
• Conduct technical training sessions for the sales team, equipping them with in-depth knowledge of our products, unique selling points (USPs), and effective positioning strategies.
• Create presentations and collateral materials to support business initiatives and communicate product benefits to stakeholders effectively.

Requirements:

• Education: Applicants must hold an M.Sc. (Hons) in Agriculture with a Major in Soil Science or Agronomy, providing a solid foundation in agricultural sciences.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a relevant field is required, demonstrating proficiency in research, analysis, and project management.
